What to expect
The questions we are asked most often, answered the way we would answer them on the phone.
We offer three. A free 15-minute phone consultation is for talking to the designer before booking anything in person; you will need to provide photos to discuss your project, and no bid is given over the phone. A $25 30-minute maintenance consultation covers weeding, trimming, mulching, pruning, fertilization or leaf-blowing. A $95 one-hour landscaping consultation includes a walkthrough of your property, a share of your vision, and on-the-spot ideas and suggestions.
Like many other service businesses, we must charge a consultation fee. This is the same as a mechanic's diagnostic fee or a new physician's consultation. We know some other companies do not charge one, but we are not trying to match other providers. We have detailed ideas we can share with you and bring 13 years of expertise to give you in-depth services.
A quote is determined by what services, plants and materials we can fit within a client's project goals and budget, and we are happy to discuss that with you. In recent years, inflation of materials and labor has caused prices to go up; however, we won't sacrifice the quality of our projects. We are proud to use quality suppliers and provide our landscape professionals with fair tips and wages.
We do projects ranging from $1,500 to $24,000, and we are sorry that we cannot assist with smaller or larger jobs. We prefer clients to have a budget in mind, but we can help you work out some ranges in your consultation. If the budget does not align with the size of the project, we can talk you through options that bring pricing down or let you do the project in stages.
We do not offer lawn mowing, but we can recommend you to a company that does. Our maintenance services cover weeding, trimming, mulching, pruning, fertilization and leaf-blowing.
